This notice is not final until the responsible operator’s identity, service address and public contact address have been supplied and verified. No details are inferred from usernames, repository metadata or domain records.
Website delivery and server logs
The public site is delivered as static files through Vercel. When a page is requested, the hosting infrastructure necessarily processes request information such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent and technical response data to deliver and secure the service. GroundingWiki does not add a separate visitor-log database or log-drain integration.
Database and search
Neon PostgreSQL is queried during the static build. Public browsers do not connect to Neon, and database credentials are not shipped to the client. Site search runs locally in the browser over the published build-time search index; search terms are not submitted to GroundingWiki.
Analytics, cookies and external content
The current site includes no analytics or advertising scripts, third-party embeds, remote web fonts or application-set cookies. A consent banner is therefore not shown. Following an external source link sends a request to the selected external website under that provider’s own terms.
Contact and corrections
The current site has no submission form and does not collect correction requests in the browser. A public correction contact will use the verified operator email once it has been configured.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, data subjects may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and complaint to a competent supervisory authority. Requests cannot be routed until the verified controller contact shown above is available.
